Nurture provides creative well-being groups, one-to-one support and child-centred interventions designed to help children build confidence, express themselves and feel accepted for who they are. Sessions are informed by psychology, therapeutic play and a neurodiversity-affirming approach.

To support children's emotional well-being through play, creativity and connection.
My aim is to provide opportunities for children to build confidence, express themselves, develop positive relationships and explore their strengths in a calm, supportive environment.
Nurture was created from both professional experience and personal understanding of the importance of feeling accepted, supported and understood.
I believe children thrive when they are accepted for who they are and supported to develop at their own pace.
My work is informed by psychology, child development and children's mental health, alongside practical experience supporting children and families.
Nurture is grounded in evidence-informed practice, child-centred values and a commitment to supporting emotional well-being in a safe and ethical way.
For enquiries about one-to-one well-being support, or if you have a question about the service, I'd be happy to hear from you.
